Application

  • 1. lt is applied in old asphalt cement pavement to reinforce the asphalt surface.and prevent diseases.
  • 2. lt is applied in cement pavement to reconstruct composite road surface, andrestrain plate shrink to cause reflection crack.
  • 3. it is applied in reconstruction project of road to prevent cracks caused by connection of old and new roads and difer-ential settlement.
  • 4. lt is applied in relnforcement of soft earth bed, which is benelt for soft earth to absorb water and fix, restrain setlementeffectively,and reinforce the strenath of roadbed.
  • 5. The semi-rigid base of new-buit road is easy to produce shrinkage crack, fiberglass geogrid can reinforce the crackof the road surace caused by crack reflection.

Feature

1. High Strength and Low Elongation

Utilizing high-strength, alkali-free glass fiber, it boasts a tensile strength of 60-120 kN/m and an elongation at break of less than 3%, ensuring resistance to deformation under long-term loads.

Glass fiber has a melting point exceeding 1000°C, allowing it to withstand high temperatures during paving operations and exhibiting excellent thermal stability.

3. Creep and Aging Resistance

Glass fiber exhibits no creep and, after undergoing a special coating treatment, resists acid and alkali corrosion, UV aging, and bio-erosion, ensuring a long service life.

4. Enhanced Pavement Performance

It bonds tightly with the asphalt mixture, forming a composite mechanical interlocking system that significantly reduces reflective cracking, disperses stress concentrations, and extends the life of the pavement.

5. Convenient Construction

Lightweight and highly resilient, it can be cut and spliced, requiring no specialized equipment for installation. It is suitable for asphalt overlays and the junction between new and existing pavements.

6. Widely Applicable

Beyond road construction, it is also used in railways, airports, embankments, and sand control, reducing construction costs and improving project durability.
