High-quality raw materials

We have a dedicated purchasing department and a stable supplier of raw materials. Our raw materials have unique numbers from storage to production and processing, and these numbers correspond to the product numbers and order numbers. We can trace the raw materials at any time based on the order number or product number.

Product Processing

Our 30,000-square-meter intelligent standard workshop houses four internationally advanced geocell production lines, four geogrid production lines, three geomembrane production lines, and five other production lines for various other products. We employ over 120 personnel in product development and production. The raw material formulas for each product are developed by our R&D department through years of experimentation and product development. This truly demonstrates that high-quality raw materials combined with impeccable production processes are the only way to produce high-quality products. The entire production process, from raw material mixing and stirring to melt and plasticize, extrusion or thermoforming, and final cooling and shaping, is documented with standardized production records for each step of the production process. Any defective product can be traced back to any stage of production.

Strict quality inspection

The company has a special quality inspection department, and has strict standards for both the quality inspection of raw materials and the quality inspection of products. For raw materials, when we enter the warehouse, we need to sample and quality inspection of each batch of raw materials, and give a unique number to facilitate traceability of the source in the future. After the raw materials are stored, we will conduct regular random inspections and quality inspections according to the quality inspection standards. If unqualified raw materials are found, the frequency of quality inspection will be increased and the scope of random inspection will be expanded. For product production, we have special quality inspection items for each production process, such as raw material mixing and stirring quality inspection, extrusion equipment and blister equipment temperature control quality inspection, product model, product weight quality inspection, product antioxidant and ultraviolet quality inspection, etc. When the product is out of stock, we also need to complete the outbound inspection and quality inspection. I will never allow unqualified products to leave the factory.

Professional construction tuand

The company currently has a professional construction team of 50 people. The personnel of the entire construction team must have professional qualification certificates. Substantive implementable plans can be given for roadbed reinforcement projects, greening and anti-seepage projects, environmental protection and slope protection projects, and water filtration and drainage projects. The implementation plan basically includes: preliminary field survey reports, basic requirements for product quality, basic quantity of required products, specific construction plans, and post-project maintenance guidelines. The purpose of the company's construction team is to enable customers to get the most profit with the minimum cost.

Cooperation Process

Step 1: Needs Analysis: We assign a dedicated pre-sales consultant to each visiting customer, who will provide a solution tailored to the specific needs of their project.
Step 2: Sample Delivery: For customers who approve our solution, we will arrange for the delivery of samples for their approval.
Step 3: Contract Signing: If the samples are ineffective for the product, we will proceed with the contract signing to finalize all specific project services, including product specifications, quantity, price, and any special requirements.
Step 4: Order Production: After the contract is signed, the corresponding production order will be automatically produced. Upon receipt of the order, the workshop will schedule production. Customers can monitor the production process online with sales staff.
